 The Prince William County - Homeless Services Division is excited to announce our new landlord network initiatives. We are rolling out a new tool to landlords, called Padmission. When listing rentals with Padmission, landlords will gain visibility to several hundred pre-screened qualified tenants. Landlords are eligible for a signing bonus the first time they rent to a homeless client. They will also gain access to our landlord support line for dealing with any tenant issues. And finally, landlords are eligible to be recognized on the County website. We look forward to collaborating with potential landlord and advocates throughout Northern Virginia.
