Welcome to our virtual booth!

The mission of the Fairfax County Office of Human Rights and Equity Programs (OHREP) is to ensure equal opportunity and to promote justice, diversity, and inclusiveness by protecting the civil rights of all in Fairfax County.

The Office of Human Rights and Equity Programs receives and investigates complaints alleging violations of the Fairfax County Human Rights Ordinance and the Fairfax County Fair Housing Act which prohibit discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, private education, and credit. OHREP also administers the County's Equal Employment Enforcement (EEO) program and ensures the County's compliance with all federal, state, and county mandates granting equal access to all County services, programs and employment opportunities.

If you believe you have been discriminated against in Fairfax County, please contact us at 703-324-2953, TTY 711 or visit our website at www.fairfaxcounty.gov/humanrights to file a complaint or ask questions about filing a complaint.
