ABOUT ME
I'm originally from London, UK but have been living in the U.S. for years and work full time as a real estate specialist / Realtor. With over 20 years of international sales, marketing and international negotiations, you will quickly find out you are in the best hands to handle your real estate needs. I work out of my Ashburn and Chantilly office and have access to other offices to service the Washington DC metro area.
I love to take the stress out of real estate for my clients and together we get to a favorable conclusion. When you work with me, we become a team working together to meet your objectives (I do all the work, while you get your objectives met). My clients use my services to buy their dream home, resale of existing home, new construction purchase, real estate investments, relocations, military and property rentals. Home Buyers: Buyers pay nothing to me. You never pay me anything...ever...my service to help you is totally FREE!The real estate fees is paid by the other side of the transaction (seller). If you are thinking of buying new construction, I highly recommend having someone like me helping you since the builders always look out for themselves and you should have someone in your corner too. I help my clients find their dream home even if it means finding one that's not on the market yet for sale. I work for you and you will find me patient and not pushy to just see you but any home and be done with it. I can also provide info on how you could qualify for VHDA loans which is when the government gives you money towards your down-payment.
Home Sellers: My consultation is always FREE and costs you nothing to see me and discuss your objectives. I can do a FREE market analysis (CMA) with no obligations on your home and I won't pressure or hassle you as it's not my style and would hate someone to do that to me. Do you have a property to sell? Are you curious on how much your property is worth in today's market? I can assist you in this sometimes emotional and burdensome task.
