At Loudoun Habitat for Humanity, we do more than build houses. We partner with homebuyers, volunteers, donors, businesses and community organizations to transform lives and rebuild communities. Through our Home Ownership program, houses are sold at an affordable, no-profit rate to qualified home buyers who earn 30% to 60% of the area media income. Loudoun Habitat for Humanity's Home Repair Program covers tasks such as: exterior painting and material repairs, building or repairing ramps or sheds, building or repairing a porch or deck, and other necessary accessibility repairs. Our Tools for Life Learning Center provides free resources to build communities and hope. Free and open to the public, these workshops are designed to connect people and resources to build a toolbox of skills for a more sustainable future. Loudoun Habitat for Humanity also operates the ReStore, a thrift store offering furniture, appliances, and building materials at below retail prices with all proceeds going to fund housing projects here in Loudoun County.
