At Loudoun Habitat for Humanity, we do more than build houses. We partner with homebuyers, volunteers, donors, businesses and community organizations to transform lives and rebuild communities.
Through our Homeownership Program, houses are sold at an affordable, no-profit rate to qualified home buyers who earn 30% to 60% of the area media income.
Loudoun Habitat for Humanity's Home Repair Program covers tasks such as: exterior painting and material repairs, building or repairing ramps or sheds, building or repairing a porch or deck, and other necessary accessibility repairs.
Our Tools for Life Learning Center provides free workshops in the areas of money management, preparation for homeownership, home maintenance & DIY, and building a better community. New workshops are offered monthly while prior workshops are available on our website.www.loudounhabitat.org/toolsforlife.
Loudoun Habitat for Humanity also operates the ReStore, a thrift store offering furniture, appliances, and building materials at below retail prices with all proceeds going to fund housing projects here in Loudoun County.
